Preterm Identical Twins with Hiatal Hernias

Hiatal hernias are usually sporadic and uncommon, requiring a high index of suspicion. Preterm monochorionic-monoamniotic twins with recurrent emesis had inconclusive radiographs contrast study consistent hiatal hernia. Genetic testing was performed due to concerns for familial inheritance. Early diagnosis treatment essential prevent complications.
